I came back to cycling after 20 years off …. Went from 20 minute 10 mile TT’s to struggling to beat 30min 10’s …. Very tempted to give up ‘I’m too old, I’ll never be fast again’ …. 5 years later and I’m doing 7mins up Box Hill and loving cycling again 😎
