@tenorandsnare05 nope it's purely situational. With some defensive ais like mordo you'll have more success and with aggressive ones like venom it won't work most of the times.

Universal use, just try to hold Block; they won't throw their specials.

His sp3 gives him permanent versions of the buffs he's gained throughout the fight. Or something like that.
