he didn't have 100 combo so he didn't get the big fury from the sig ability the fury also made the difference between the damage of the first sp 3 and the second one

At 100 combos, plus completing all of thanos missions her sp3 is multiplied by like 1000. Plus she normally has huge armor breaks.
