This more of a builder/real estate agenda driven video.. that's why never believe anything from people who are affiliated/associated with a particular field or lobby coz theyw ill always try to convince you.
Ots clearly visible through the video that he has been only been talking about positive which is totally wrong. There are many issues with mivan which is just minisculed by saying chote chote issues.. whereas he forgot to tell you that
      1) seepage, cracks etc do occur in mivan and it is much more costly to have it repaired
      2) mivan isnl not good noise absorber
      3) even small thing such has hammering a nail in walls cant be done as drills need to be used and even if it is being done 3-5 floors above you, you will still feel the vibration and noise
      4) builders have been only making money through this and not customers
      5) bricks or traditional construction work is easier to maintain in long term

New flats coming in mivan are expensive as opposed to what u mentioned

Flats are costly not bcoz of Mivan but due to the location.
If Mivan is costly then builder who are making affordable homes will not use that.

@@propertygurujigurgaon its both but in future people will prefer mivan and not brick. Thats why new projects mostly are coming with mivan

You are completely wrong and I am telling you this as a Civil Engineer who has nothing to do with builders lobby. If there is still seapage and licks blame the builder for quality of work not technology. Yes, if it's a single concrete wall it will distribute waves rather than reflect it. Also, when you are buying of course the seller will make money not you dumbass.

Mivan looks good initially but long term is very costly. Any alteration is not possible in mivan.
Repairing is very costly in mivan. Concrete gets heated very easily and cold.
