the cold temps make video productions 100 times harder and more challenging than in warm temps.. just keeping fingers and hands warm while handling the drone and camera equipment is a huge challenge. You did great on your production.. Hats off to you !! thx for sharing. k0klb
Still new to this and it was interesting to see what it is like from the other side. Not going to lie, It was really cool to see our contact yesterday.
Great video and a beautiful place to activate. I'd imagine you won't be able to do too many more "out in the open" activations like that this year. Almost time for the ice shelter.
Just subscribed to the channel. I am a newly licensed ham operator in Canada. It's great to see how other operators work outside in winter conditions. Do you have a video on your power box? I'd like to see some details on it.
Thanks my friend! No, I didn’t do any video on my battery box. It’s quite simple. There’s some good videos out there on that though. Thanks for watching, 73
Another great Alaska video. Thanks. I'm curious Jeremy... looked like you were using an ipad to log? Did you have cell service out there? What a beautiful place to activate! 73
Yet still no Snow here, not sure if we will able to look at some this Season. Could happen as it rarely does. If you have Snow left over to donate pls send it all towards Frankfurt Germany 💯😍👍
The snow is starting off very slow for us as well. Not enough snow yet locally to break out the snow machine. We need at least 12” for that. Of course the higher elevations have much more than that. Thanks for watching my friend! 73

@ Nice! fFrst things first about Alaska you need to know. Never call a snow machine a snow mobile 😆
@@KL7ECoutdoors lol thanks!

Thanks my friend! Yes, there is cell service there but I use PoLo for logging so cell service isn’t required. Thanks for watching! 73

👍 Thanks for watching!
Where is the triple thumbs up button? This was a cool video, that spot is amazing!
Thanks brother! Once it gets enough snow out there we should ride the sleds out with a tent and make a day of it! 73 brother
What's the holster Jeramy?
Good activation. Gets hard when temps drop. Batteries and equipment don't like the cold, lol.
Thanks! It’s the chest rig by crossbreed. Thanks for watching!
Great video! I was trying to join your Discord but it says the link is broken. Thanks for going our there in the cold. Hope to work you soon.

Yes sir, thanks for watching!
So what’s the caliber of choice in Alaska? My guess is 10mm.
Guess it depends on what time of year and who you ask. 10mm is very popular with buffalo bore solid casts. Thanks for watching!
You should tell everyone in advance when you will be doing an activation.
If it was a planned activation most certainly. Most of mine are last minute when I get free time. Thanks for watching, 73!
I’d like to link up sometime and maybe do a multi activation if you do t mind.
