Can you not just book yourself into something, even if its a 10 min shoulder rub? Its really important to give yourself time and rest and do something just for you occasionally :) Don't feel you can't or shouldn't, we have to look after ourselves x

I don't think I've ever had tingles before from an ASMR video until now. And I think it's because the sound, in order to be "tingly", has to be relatable? I've had a pedicure before and I know generally how nice this sort of treatment feels, not to mention how nice it would be to gift this to people I love. I really enjoyed this video.
I'm a former cosmetologist and I was trained in doing pedicures (among hair cutting, styling, manicures,makeup) and I've never seen a curved food file before! It must make it so much easier! Also very relaxing video 🙂
