Sandra, you are so welcome! So glad it arrived safely. I'm happy that it meant something to you. Enjoy watching your videos!
You and Sandra both are precious souls ❤
That was very kind of you.
Seeing Sondra get emotional over that gift made my heart melt.
These style of videos are highly underrated . Great video ! Really gives a true sense of farm life . Appreciate you two doing what you do . Along with making these videos for all of us . Take care
Thanks for watching. We appreciate it.
Chuck has about as much love for geese as I do for monkeys.
Guys I love your channel, you always keep it real. Sondra you are just the sweetest thing ever, you were truly touched by the kindness of a complete stranger, we don't realize just how many good people there are in our blessed country.
That was so sweet of Miss Pat to send you that lovely platter. It just goes to show how you have touched and connected to your audience. And she knows you will truly appreciate the wonderful piece of history.
Amen on treating the mommy pigs well. Keeps her and the piglets healthy.
Your reasoning for how you handle your momma pigs and piglets is sound. I appreciate your videos and knowledge
Tractor rage.... hysterical..I laughed so hard, the dog was looking at me.. no doubt questioning my sanity
Chuck - I have noticed a pattern of elevated hate and anger towards the geese and skinny jeans lately. 😂
😆😆 you would be right.
I don't understand skinny jeans but some of them are my best customers
@@jefffilloon4766 oh yeah. I love their money.
Smart momma pigs make more smart momma pigs and they're definitely keepers!
Yes they do! She’ll probably stay around. Thanks
I was waiting for it. . "stupid geese" 🤣🤣🤣You never disappoint.
I hate those things. 🙄
Well like they say everyone has an opinion just like everyone has a backside i always say thats my less crude way of saying it. Your farm is pretty awesome. Keep up the good work.
Sandra, I love your jadiet collection! It’s beautiful! And to have a sub send you a family heirloom! Says a lot about you and this channel.
A little dirt road rage😂
She cut me off!! 🤣
If you have eggs under the mobile hen house perhaps a golf ball retriever would reach under there for you. Keep you out of that chicken dropping zone.
I’ve seen the huts before, no complaints from me.
Hello, from G&S Farm in Seagrove, NC!
What a sweet woman to send that to you!! I think you will cherish that gift!!
Blessings!!!
I love this show I learn sooo much! I'll be starting in April with sheep then cows already have chickens an turkeys wish me luck!!🤣🤣
Thanks. Good video. I'm with you on the farrowing crates.
Saundra! Just absolutely ❤ you, gal! Enjoy every time you’re on!
She says “thank you”.
I've just started watching your videos and I live in Chicago you guys are awesome great information Sondra I just love you you guys are great and thanks for all the good information
I teared up a bit when you gave a shout out about the Jadeite platter, such a sentimental gift.💞
How sweet and kind of Pat to send something so precious . I totally agree with you on the farrowing my pigs have a way of getting out of the rain and the wind so they do have shelter they can get into if they want to have their babies in there but mine seem to like to have them on the outside
The best pig we have had is out in the pasture
I am a new subscriber and happen to run across this video of yours. I would be very interested if Sandra would make a video and just show us all of her jadeite. I think it would be fun to see
Love it
I'm still watching from Wisconsin Chuck! 🐊🦅🇺🇸❤️
Thanks. Appreciate you sticking with us.
Love this video!
That ranger in the barn is 💪🏼
Thanks. I need to get it on the road.
A big thing that a lot of people seem to forget is that for thousands and thousands of years pigs have been giving birth in the wild without human intervention or pig huts or any other contraptions that we have made. So saying that you "HAVE TO" use this or that is just ridiculous to say. Sure a farmer can choose to use one or more things for comfort of the animals or a preventative to help them but by no means does the farmers "HAVE TO" use anything.
Keep up the good work and doing what YOU feel is right for YOUR farm and animals.
I don't understand, what a pretty face but that hairstyle wooweeee wild. Love the slang from the hills of Carolina. Good Lord, does anyone really need a TV that large for such a small room? Oh my word, do you, that's why we live with Freedom, but sorely dwindling.
Yes! So we can watch TH-cam videos😆
❤
Looks like you're back in the cow/calf business by accident, but that's not a bad thing! The Lord provides! 😂🙏😂
🙄. Yes he does. More calves to come.
Another great video, thank you!
My pleasure!
Hey Chuck, just found your channel a couple of weeks ago, after a couple videos I subscribed. I'm in east central Indiana, I've always heard great things about the Duroc breed and also Berkshires, one reason I've really enjoyed your channel, but was wondering if you have ever raised or had Poland China hogs, they say they average 17 piglets per litter and are very docile and add weight extremely well and fast.
Thanks for joining us!
No. The only things we’ve ever raised were Duroc/berkshire cross.
Thanks for the video Chuck
You bet
Hey hey good morning
Hi Bryan! Thanks for watching.
Oh Saundra sure is careful around those pigs….LOL
She is now. No more pig riding. 🤣🤣
I was sitting in my truck at a traffic light and I saw a guy with a light jacket on yesterday trying to stay warm and I thought to myself, “if only he hadn’t worn those thin denim skinny jeans he might be warmer”
🤣🤣🤣. Maybe they are a good base layer.
Hey folks, don't forget to hit the thumbs up!
Thanks!!
Them bee hunting country drivers got watch her
If you can buy quality local hay I think it's crazy not to. To set aside good grazing fields for hay is nuts. Need a tractor, hay bine, tedder, rake, baler, wagons, manpower etc. If you can't buy hay that's different.
Thx Chuck, you and Sandra are awesome. Tell her we like the old jadeite also it's country chic.
I'm sorry you have to deal with the bad comments. They usually come from people who don't do anything of their own but complain about people who do. Awesome content keep up the hard work.
Ps no geese = a good # to have lol
Is it too much trouble to isolate each sow in her on area?
Love the video! Do you use a GoPro to film?
I use 2 DJI action and my phone.

Great video! Where has jw been?
Thanks. JW is working for a landscaping company now. Appreciate y’all watching.
Saundra theres not many girlie things about me either❤
Curious- do you candle your eggs? 🤔
No. We don’t let them sit in the nest long enough for them to start developing.
hey Sandra could you let me know where you get your overalls i live in michigan and our weather is always so crazy and i have been wanting to buy some but unable to find any. Thank you so much for sending me that link I truly appreciate it
She said to tell you the 5 Brothers are the best ones she has found.

I'm in Michigan too and love my Oshkosh overalls! I buy mine used off eBay. You just need to know your size (waist and leg length). Happy shopping 😁.
Thank you so much Sandra for sending me that link for the overalls I truly appreciate it and I appreciate how fast you sent it to me God bless and thanks for the great videos
I must have missed it??? No "skinny jeans" reference?
😆😆I forgot to add one. Thanks for noticing. I’ll be sure and hit our hipster friends next time. 😆😆
👍🏻🇨🇦
Get ready Mrs saunda I think your in line to get more jade. lol I often wonder do you have any children. You may have said and I could have missed you saying but I was wondering
Thanks for watching. Yes, I have a son by my first wife. He is 23 and married.
Love your channel
Shouldn’t you be concerned about getting all the saw dust from your mill in your hay?
Good question. I’ve thought about that.
There is only a potion of the air of the roll exposed. When we feed hay, we roll it out and that side comes in contact with the ground. Also, I don’t have very much hay right now anyway. If the barn were full, I might consider tarping part of it.
Some of it looks like jewlT
The chief advantage to buying hay in my book is that you are adding carbon and nutrients to your soil. Of course, unless there is a profit, you cannot continue but then too soil is what farming is really about.
I ought to add a nasty, skinny jeans comment about those geese as well. Perhaps, in the worst case, every flock can use a goose, but no farm needs a half dozen. So, there you have my really nasty comment of the day. Now no one else needs leave a nasty comment.
Definitely, Auburn, WA is not close to you. It is way over on my side of the nation on what i refer to as the far-left coast. I have kids and grandkids which live in Auburn and serve as lights in that dark place.
Geese make great guard animals but they're messy! And you're right, half a dozen is too many. A breeding pair is good, but you gotta watch out for momma when she has goslings!
Thanks Dwight. We do have too many. I think she is going to sell a breeding set out of the group.
Best wishes to your kids on the left coast.
