      Brilliant. You've got it in one. That's the arc of the entire character across 30 years. Breathtaking when you think about it. From a man who would not have thought twice about killing to a man who almost physically cannot stand the act of violence, to elements hanging in balance in perpetual antagonism and dynamism. What a beautiful show.

      The ball is the first game ever being invented. Stone Age man, he picked up a rock. He said, "Oh, das ist ein ball!" He throwed it, und he killed a man. He said, "Oh, what fun." Und now everybody loves the balls! Until the year five billion, when the very last human picks up the skull of his enemy und says, "That is the final ball of all." Ja?

      As a kid, I loved this story. As an adult rewatching it, the production values are severely dated and the low budget screams from every pore (poor?!). But it still stands up, and was a great way to bow out, with the Doctor being true to himself, Ace being perhaps the best of all the classic companions, the best portrayal of the Master in all of Ainsley’s time, and a bittersweet conclusion to a troubled last few years of the show.

But if a groups of people who have not seen before Paul Mcgann to Jodie Whittaker they aren't in a place to make a fair jusjement when only 6-7 Doctors have been watched out of 13-14 Doctors . It's like saying the last film in the franchize is the best when you haven't even seen the others. Horsenden Hill is one of the most surprising things in London, especially when seen late in the day as it is being caught by the sun. A wooded, flat topped, mound that arises out of a patch of mixed wild and park land among a sea of suburban houses and industrial estates. The site of an iron age hill fort it is a massive, surreal, "Nevertheless..." right in the middle of Metroland.

      @@FreeTheDonbas Let's see. An objective post containing literal examples (vs) a comment that just says "nah, it's naff". If you're going to call someone a bot, it helps if you don't act like one -- and the best part is, I'm not even a huge Big Finish fan. But hey, if shooting needless hate into the void makes you feel better, go for it!

    • @RopeDrink
      @RopeDrink ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@FreeTheDonbas It's nice to know that everything I said remains uncontested. If you want to keep writing a lot-of-nothing-hate-posts, then there is only one bot in the equation, and it's not the person backing a casual compliment with objective examples. But hey, if you want to prove me right by posting more bot-based non-arguments because you dislike BF, go for it!

    • @RopeDrink
      @RopeDrink ปีที่แล้ว

      @FreeAssange Sounds like you're describing the franchise in general, and the rest is subjective flim-flam. Conversely, spamming "BF-Bot" at non-fans marks you as infinitely more fanatical about BF than the person you're trying to insult, so I genuinely hope you're not trying to offend anyone with that low-grade trolling :)

    Honestly imagine if this was how the Master died. It probably would have been one of the more fitting deaths for him. Trapped alone on a planet and the Doctor is spared because even after all this time, he was the one willing to show mercy at the very end, even after everything the Master had done to him and his companions.

    Any moment now, he’s a coming, The Doctor and I always will be. But times change and so must I. We all change, when you think about it.
    We are all different people all through our lives and that's okay, that's good you've got to keep moving so long as you remember all the people that you used to be.

    The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start.

    Someone else made this comment on another video,but I'm going to say this anyway. For the next anniversary they should make a special similar to an adventure in space and time about this episode survival and the ending of the original classic run of this series. Now I don't know who could play any of the other actors but I think that (through some prosthetic makeup) former doctor david tennant can pull off playing the legendary Sylvester McCoy. If David can mimmick Sylvester's voice perfectly then why not?

      He wasn't a young man during his tenure, but he was very active throughout it -- lots of running, falling, and stunt work. In fact, they disallowed him from doing various stuns himself (eg. using his umbrella to wire-glide in Remembrance). Even now, he can't do conventions without walking around constantly. A very active man.
