In South Africa everyone needs those cameras on their properties !
We used to have geese around our farm and always had a big Collie or German Shepherd. I guess these were our old school security system. Our place was at the end of a gravel road and the dogs would hear any vehicle that topped the hill about a quarter mile away. They started barking and then the geese started squawking. The geese and the dogs were both territorial so only the bravest visitors would get out of their car.

We feel secure for you two knowing you have cameras around your property, nice set up. I have 4 Geeni and 2 Ring cameras around my property, don't matter how far away I am I can count on the app showing me what is going on around my place anytime of day or night. Cheers !

So these cameras only work with your phone?? I have a system were the cameras have there own hardrive to record on and a full size monitor to view it , also does play back and zoom. It is constantly recording too!!

Do flying bugs trigger it to record? They do on mine. The IR lights seem to attract the bugs.

You may ask this...but a few years back we did have a few expensive items stolen. My welder, plasma cutter plus my compressor as well as some other items were stolen.
