- This is a Gangar (traditional dance tune) from Norway, from Smålene, which is the old name for the country of Østfold, south east of Oslo. Andy learned it from Richard Burgess, an Englishman living in Norway.
Sooo schön. Mein Herzerl blubberlt ❤😊
This is a beautiful simple melody and well played. Nice balance between violin and melodeon on the recording.
It is good to hear Andy Cutting playing some slow Nordic music. I like the arrangements.
Just sublime ❤ I would so like to learn how to play this.....
Beautiful ❤❤❤
Wonderful stuff :-)

Спасибо за настоящую музыку
Anybody know the name of this tune - Gangar being a generic dance form? Thanks in anticipation
gangar and not gånglåt? are you sure? i know of a tune called "gånglåt fra smaalenene" and it sounds exactly like your gangar. too funny, isn't it? 😂
and what's even more funny - it also says gangar on the CD.
Yes, this is definitely a ganglat not a gangar.
Mi piace molto questo pezzo...Ho cercato lo spartito di questo brano musicale, la tablatura (spartito), per fisarmonica diatonica ...ma non si trova. Dove o chi ha la tablatura? Grazie mille e buona musica Sauro
