To get through the chapters, "The Christmas From Hell" and "Turn Off The Dark," I often had to put the book down. I couldn't clearly see the words. Now I am watching your sermons Online. What a refreshing, edifying and powerful Scripture-filled change of pace your preaching is in stark contrast to all the empty, razzle-dazzle, "smoke and mirrors" sermons that saturate the airwaves and the Internet. It's been difficult to recapture my zest for life after so many losses due to Covid However, the Lord has made it clear that my existence in this world is needed for a time like this though it does feel futile. I'm determined to rise up every day and use what God has given me to bless others even in small ways.

I wish someone would seriously address the subject of gloom and doom. Just joking around the subject doesn't give me any hope. This guy doesn't seem to know what he is talking about. If that speaker had been in the clutches of gloom and hopelessness, I'd believe him. But all he does is crack jokes and clown around.
