I know they are doing great now, but they got 3-0'd by golden guardians man. NA doesn't have a decent team this year. TL & C9 were always somewhat okay on the international stage, but let's see what this year brings. Play in have been good for every single team in NA except for Dignitas that went 0-6. He's not wrong. TL was first seed and only played a few games this playoffs and dropped the ball. TSM got to play so many more games and had the chance to practice more

They took on consideration the whole split which i honestly don't understand why. All split long, Bjergsen never made a mistake it's just that his teammates were legit garbage meanwhile on TL none of them were garbage and CoreJJ got a couple of nice picks to support the team. Honestly it's all about the team track record for the split. If you win more games, you're more likely to get MVP even if you're not as Valuable as another player from a different team. In a current meta where ADCs can be easily one-shotted by a mid-laner or even a bruiser, people easily discredits an ADC who positions himself well and manages to stay alive and deal damage to the enemy team. ADCs nowadays can't live alone without a good team, the role heavily depends on the team comp and peeling. If your team doesn't peel well for you, the very least thing you could do is to position yourself well and stay alive so you can deal as much damage as you can. As a former ADC, I understand the struggle. That's why I left the role and transitioned to JG because ADCs can't really do anything much if their team is running it down straightly. It is a very team dependent role. So I don't get this people still hating and discrediting DL for doing this good in the whole playoffs. I mean, he played his role well. It's not just DL, Rekkles is also getting hates for staying alive in teamfights saying he does not pop off. I mean, c'mon. How is staying alive and dealing huge amount of damage not really enough? Imagine building so much defensive items because you're getting zero peels from your team and just running it down. Would you choose to die as well and int with them?
-Tl is good at prioritizing baron even if they are behind (or tsm just thinks its good to let them have it) that stalls games and gives them chances to comeback -while it's great that tsm knows that getting to dragon soul is important, they always sacrifice their baron chaces and solely relies on getting a steal or a residual kills. -tsm needs both mid and adc to play well to close the game. while it looks like doublelift plays better than before, they cant win the game if bjerg keeps getting picked. And the same goes the other way around. -Both supports are trying their best plays to win the game (games shouldve ended earlier if their teammates know how to respond to their critical engages) -both of their top and jungle are irrelevant in most parts of the game (jungling is not just about who smites better at objectives). They cant win games even "if" their top and jungle are ahead in any part of the game -Tsm most of the time wins at early, TL punishes mistakes and wins at mid game, both are bad at late game -that free herald take by braum was abysmal when it should be obviously taken by ashe (i cant remember what game was that and theres no way i'll watch it again) Watching lcs teaches me what I'm not supposed to do. It's entertaining too at least. But I guess i should still thank them for that
Broxah was 5-1 early in game 5 and didn't do shit with it. At the end of the game he was 3 levels behind Spica and same level as Biofrost. Even though the early lead, with a carry jungler, he had virtually 0 teamfight impact. As usual.
TL's draft is just bad, graves isn't a jungler who actively does a lot of stuff. All TSM have to do is stall late. Although bb and bio did gave lots of Windows for them to win the game

The reason TSM wins is that they play a passive game and wait for the enemy to make a mistake, which seems to be the best strategy in this region (where every team makes at least one major macro misplay a game). The problem is none of the other main regions let that shit slide, they make plays happen, then rip off all your resources and crush you before you can come back. If you check out Dam Won Gaming they are probably the best at that right now and it's hilarious to think that TSM or any other NA team is anywhere near that level
@Lizzy allen it is historically an LCK style to play slow, if that is what you are saying, but in the last year or two they have been increasing the tempo, if you are following the LCK right now you will see that DAM WON crushed the second place team DRX 3- 0 in the LCK Grand Summer Finals and the game time average is like 25 minutes, not 45 min like when TSM wins...

Impact always playing losing lane and Jense losing lane because Bjergson is better . Thats the problem because Broxah shines with good laners . Bwipo and Caps used to win their lanes which gave Broxah space to move around and facilitate them . Thats not the trend here in NA . So he looks bad.

They took on consideration the whole split which i honestly don't understand why. All split long, Bjergsen never made a mistake it's just that his teammates were legit garbage meanwhile on TL none of them were garbage and CoreJJ got a couple of nice picks to support the team. Honestly it's all about the team track record for the split. If you win more games, you're more likely to get MVP even if you're not as Valuable as another player from a different team. It's pretty stupid. I'd understand if Santorin got it, but Core man.... Bjerg should have gotten it smh

In a current meta where ADCs can be easily one-shotted by a mid-laner or even a bruiser, people easily discredits an ADC who positions himself well and manages to stay alive and deal damage to the enemy team. ADCs nowadays can't live alone without a good team, the role heavily depends on the team comp and peeling. If your team doesn't peel well for you, the very least thing you could do is to position yourself well and stay alive so you can deal as much damage as you can. As a former ADC, I understand the struggle. That's why I left the role and transitioned to JG because ADCs can't really do anything much if their team is running it down straightly. It is a very team dependent role. So I don't get this people still hating and discrediting DL for doing this good in the whole playoffs. I mean, he played his role well. It's not just DL, Rekkles is also getting hates for staying alive in teamfights saying he does not pop off. I mean, c'mon. How is staying alive and dealing huge amount of damage not really enough? Imagine building so much defensive items because you're getting zero peels from your team and just running it down. Would you choose to die as well and int with them?
-Tl is good at prioritizing baron even if they are behind (or tsm just thinks its good to let them have it) that stalls games and gives them chances to comeback
-while it's great that tsm knows that getting to dragon soul is important, they always sacrifice their baron chaces and solely relies on getting a steal or a residual kills.
-tsm needs both mid and adc to play well to close the game. while it looks like doublelift plays better than before, they cant win the game if bjerg keeps getting picked. And the same goes the other way around.
-Both supports are trying their best plays to win the game (games shouldve ended earlier if their teammates know how to respond to their critical engages)
-both of their top and jungle are irrelevant in most parts of the game (jungling is not just about who smites better at objectives). They cant win games even "if" their top and jungle are ahead in any part of the game
-Tsm most of the time wins at early, TL punishes mistakes and wins at mid game, both are bad at late game
-that free herald take by braum was abysmal when it should be obviously taken by ashe (i cant remember what game was that and theres no way i'll watch it again)

The reason TSM wins is that they play a passive game and wait for the enemy to make a mistake, which seems to be the best strategy in this region (where every team makes at least one major macro misplay a game). The problem is none of the other main regions let that shit slide, they make plays happen, then rip off all your resources and crush you before you can come back. If you check out Dam Won Gaming they are probably the best at that right now and it's hilarious to think that TSM or any other NA team is anywhere near that level
@Lizzy allen it is historically an LCK style to play slow, if that is what you are saying, but in the last year or two they have been increasing the tempo, if you are following the LCK right now you will see that DAM WON crushed the second place team DRX 3- 0 in the LCK Grand Summer Finals and the game time average is like 25 minutes, not 45 min like when TSM wins...
