I would low ball it on the land, barter back and forth and then wait for the building prices to come back down. During the mean time I would just pay on the land until your ready to buile. You could also paint, fix the things for your house that your living in and get it ready to put on the market that way it will all be done when you eventually get to build your's and Alex's dream home. Don't let the lot go! Especially if the lot is in the area you want to live.

Kim, you can use the white plastic bag holder you bought for vinyl storage for your cricut machine! I’ve got 2 of them, one on top of the other, and it’s sooo handy! It keeps them up off the floor and out of kids’ and animals’ reach! Just food for thought! Unless you have somewhere else you’d rather store your cricut vinyl. In that case, I’ll hush. Lol

I hope the house gods tune in to our plight. I live in California. My landlords gave us 60 days which is up June 30th. All rentals have 200 applications and homes are selling 100,000 to 150,000 over asking price within hours. A lot of people are paying cash. What is going on. I'm so stressed out. Plus I take care of my daughter who almost died 3 years ago and now needs 24/7 care.
Amazon has a film in lots of designs that you can put on the clear shower walls. Just wet the glass and put it on and smooth is out. You can peel if off any time. No glue. You can do different designs with a frosted pattern or get one with a floral or geometric design. Before I had the tile redone in my shower, I used it on the door to basically block anyone from seeing the crappy tile when they used the guest bathroom. Instant privacy for all those clear showers you keep finding. Baby rolling out of frame in the cooler bag killed me! Hysterical!

I have that plastic curve Ikea container but I put it on the back wall of underneath sink area to keep plastic bags. The squarish tipped ones are good for storing foil and plastic wrap, scrubs brushes or the like on the inside of cabinet door under sink too. Both houses are beautiful but first has many doorways etc. the second is nicer but bigger garden is definitely a plus as all the kids would love playing outdoors and great for bbqs etc.. Best of luck in finding your new home :)

Hack - take a dinner plate, set it on the counter upside down (has to have a rim on the bottom), place cherries, grapes, cherry tomatoes, baby new potatoes, etc., in the middle, cover with another plate face up. Use your palm to apply slight pressure and then, without cutting your arm off, use a knife to slice between the plates - cuts everything in half in one try. Downfall - 2 extra plates to wash! LOL. You were in that first house leaning over the railing and it kept giving me willies in my stomach ... and everytime you show a back yard with water, I get scared! Please show the 'black forest style brownies'!

Kim! Loved the second house, it seemed perfect for your family😊. There was enough space for a trampoline and swing/sandpit on the grass next to the house. Then the kids can run around on the other grass outside the pool enclosure. I hope you go for it! I use what you bought for your plastic bags to hold my wrapping paper in my cupboard (saw a you tuber hack🤣). I wash the IKEA zip lock bags and reuse them over and over.. They last ages. I also use the big bags for games that I know I don't ever intend to sell/donate. They take less room in the cupboard. They are also great for travel for shoes, clothes etc.

A cube shelf could work great for shoes. We use the better homes and gardens brand 4 cube shelf for $35 (but I know how you feel about Walmart). The BHG brand is better quality than ikea in my opinion, but I'm assuming target has something similar.

I am from Victoria in Australia and we are currently going through our 4th lockdown due to the corona virus! my daughter (first baby) was born last july, during our first lockdown, and was just recently organising a big get together with all our family (both mine and my partners family are big) and friends to finally celebrate her life and her first birthday. its fair to say that i was having a very crappy day today but watching your video always makes me laugh so thank you for bringing a smile to my face today. a day where i was feeling really down that we may be having to miss out on a very important celebration in our daughters life AGAIN!

I am from Victoria in Australia and we are currently going through our 4th lockdown due to the corona virus! my daughter (first baby) was born last july, during our first lockdown, and was just recently organising a big get together with all our family (both mine and my partners family are big) and friends to finally celebrate her life and her first birthday.
its fair to say that i was having a very crappy day today but watching your video always makes me laugh so thank you for bringing a smile to my face today. a day where i was feeling really down that we may be having to miss out on a very important celebration in our daughters life AGAIN!

Over this crap here in Melbourne!!! And our illustrious Prime Minister when asked to provide federal assistance to Victoria says "it was Victoria's choice to go into lockdown" no it was not!! One persons decision affects 6million of us thats not a choice. Ok rant over, feeling your pain, my miss 17 was due to do her Deb Ball on 3rd July its just been put "on hold" a year later and still no Deb again. I don't get the emotional attachment to hair. It's just stupid hair. It always grows back. Keeping it the same is boring and doesn't do us women any favors. Hair styles bring life back into your face.
