Make one yourselves called PROTECT. It would be a tower each made out of endstone and netherbrick. Then spawn mobs at each other for two minutes to protect 3 villagers. Whoever has more villagers when the mobs are dead wins!

doesn't mean you win yet! There is other chests with a golden block in them, so you haft to try and find others to and place them on your podium for a better chance of winning. Each golden block is worth 1 point, the player with the most points after 30 minutes or when all the chests are found wins!
Rules: No killing at the starting, but after 3 minutes you can attack each other, but there will also be a iron sword in each chest so you can defend yourself good for when your trying (next comment)
