Interesting honest video. The joy of travel. I can relate to such days and such places. Could happen anywhere in the world. I have arrived in towns where nothing is happening or the restaurant or the museum or whatever is closed. I remember one time I went to a particular place on the right day to visit a museum I really wanted to see only to find it closed long term for renovation. But that’s the joy of travel. Better to be a real traveller than a stereotypical tourist. I think though if it were me I would prefer to rent a car and then move on if nothing happening in town. Enjoy your videos of Argentina. Hope to visit there soon so you are helping me to decide where to go. It’s nice to see you in other regions and small towns and get an idea of what it is like away from Buenos Aires. Good luck and thank you.
Thank you very much Foster! Ah, that is so true. Interesting to hear about your story. Recently, we visited somewhere in Chile where all 3 museums we went to visit were closed when it was posted online they were open.

I've been slacking off and did not watch until now. However, you guys seem as if though you were hitting the vino in between. lol I love the dogs and the free flow events. I appreciate the fact that you guys do this chill.
Well, it appears that Dolavon is a very small town. I live 15 minutes from Manhattan and most of the good restaurants are closed on Mondays. Maybe the town doesn't get enough tourists on a Monday and Tuesday to make it worth their while to open their businesses. I've been to parts of the US where you can't find anything to eat, other than fast food, after 9-10PM. In France, Italy and Spain some museums and restaurants are also closed early afternoon. I ended going to the movies one rainy afternoon in Paris just to kill time. The only food I found at 2PM was at a McDonald's.
1. that alfajor ..... mouth is WATERING!!! BRING SOME BACK!!! 2.I would a lot more visibly bothered if every place i went to was shut down. Good job letting a little Type B-ness lead the way! 3. The dog gangs is hilarious 4. I was waiting for you guys to say "the bus didn't come, it only works one way on Mondays and Tuesdays". 5. That alfajor though. . .
Thanks Ashley! LOL, we did have to try our best to make the most of the day. We'll bring you back alfajores for sure. What kind would you like. Send Audrey a DM and we'll pick them up in BA in a few days.
Believe it or not, I actually liked this video. And found it funny at the same time!! Haha. Glad you found fun out of it and were able to eat and meet dogs along the way!!! That's the best part I think. 💕🐾🤣😊

That is really cool to hear Bernard! Where is he from in Argentina? Audrey's Dad is also from Argentina and he'll be in a lot more of our videos from this series coming up in a few months.

Sam & Audrey.... we are heading to Patagonia June 2020. Based on your experiences.... What is your daily budget? Do most towns shut down for siesta? How long? What are the closed days?? Sunday? Monday? Are you travelling by car or public transportation? We are really enjoying your vlogs.... thanks so much for keeping it real.... Sorry about so many QQQ!!
Thank you Colin! That is exciting to hear. To be honest the bigger cities don't really shut down just mostly the smaller towns. We typically took buses.

Ah, thanks Grady! That means a lot to us.
Thats life! The real one! And it is fun to see some of this from time to time! This makes u even more credible! Like ur style!
Thank you very much Thorsten! We thought this would be a good chance to show a realistic travel day not gone as planned.
Thanks for this video (as always). Watching Audrey cuddling a cute doggy is worth more than any touristic sights.
Ah, thank you Enzio! We love that so many viewers are dog lovers as well.

Every trip has unplanned "failed" days. But that's part of traveling. Great video!
Thanks Chris! That is so true. Sometimes a good misadventure makes for a more distinct memory or story down the road.
