- Hi guys,
Welcome back to the weekly vlog! We have a juicy and busy week ahead, as I get to travel to Sydney for a beautiful event with La Roche Posay. While I am there I try to make the most of it, I record the podcast episodes there and I also spend lots of time with my friend Steph who is currently unwell and in hospital.

I also hit struggle street haha my gym sessions cop the brunt of it, I nap for a few hours and do head down a little bit of a downward spiral. I still show up for myself, whether it's cleaning my room, spending time with friends, or treating myself with care.
My highlights from the week are by far the smash room with Suz and Karla FINALLY 29 years later, actually wanting and wearing something from my wardrobe HAHA.
