    For being 7'2'', Chief had excellent mobility, as good as any modern day center. Even at age 38 still giving The Dream problems

    Anyone who does not have Hakeem Olajuwon as a top 10 Player you know absolutely nothing about basketball.

      Eh, it’s debatable. He’s definitely top 15. 10? There’s a handful of great players who had longer peaks and more titles.

      @KingBreeze07 100% agree with you. It's a laugh when folks try to put Kobe and or LeBron ahead of Hakeem. Neither of those guys are in my top ten, but these guys are (in no particular order):
      Jordan
      Hakeem
      Bird
      Magic
      Wilt
      Kareem
      Duncan
      Karl Malone

    Robert was no joke he came to River Vue Park in Dayton Ohio in the 80s hopped out of a money green Lincoln Continental limo and ran to the court and dunks it then he hopped back in it and pulled out

    geez .. its laughable that todays players are better.. this rockets team would chew most teams up... even an aged parish was still a problem... i miss this era so much...

    • @CYMotorsport
      @CYMotorsport หลายเดือนก่อน

      lol wtf are you talking about. todays players top to bottom are so much more skilled and much bigger. it's not just about one player. the celtics would walk all over this rockets team. tatum is 6'8 sir. who tf is guarding him? kenny smith??? haha. do you understand Brown would have 40 against vernon maxwell. minimum. otis is an outright liability. tatum and brown would slash and move the ball to white who would make probably double digit 3's. they'd compactly jam the paint and force hakeem to take touch jumpers. and jrue locks up kenny to get any free shots off. the only chance they have is the dream who would be the best player on the court to go for 50. luckly Porz is a legit 7'3. yes he'd give him buckets but they wouldn't be easy ones and he'd be active ALL game. the rockets simply would not be able to keep up with an entirely different play style. their roster is constructed around hakeem but the pace of play specifically the threat from 3 is dramatically different. it wouldn't even be close.

    • @arlichar11
      @arlichar11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@CYMotorsport i said most teams, a stacked team like celtics might be a closer game, but theres a lot of teams from that era that i would take anyday over 2024 celtics, they are only successful in this era cause they loaded team up, and the style of play and lack of defense,,,

    • @DJVijilante
      @DJVijilante ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@MDBBallYeah. Those phantom fouls to get Hakeem fouled out. In 1986 he got all NBA first team where Hakeem or Moses Malone should have gotten first team. Kareem shouldn’t have even gotten second team. He also started for the West All Star game and was in every All Star game even when he didn’t deserve to be.
