How to eat Peking duck (and film with 1 hand as an amateur...)

When in "Peking" Beijing, you need to eat Peking duck! So I went to one of the best and tried to make it as you should. But being alone, you look like an idiot because you cannot hold chopsticks while filming and folding your pancake.... still it was worth the try ;-)
