I watched that movie twice. And cried twice. Someday I was suggested to watch that movie one more time. But I can't. I know I will start crying again. Its very very hard movie. About what is the real love and friendship. Dogs knows and feels that what human doesn't know. Its very very hard to watch that movie
Clearly the most touching scene of the movie. She realizes the dog loved her husband as much as she did. Very heart breaking at the same time. Hachi was fading but he stayed true to his beliefs ,This is where he had to be. No chance of keeping a dry eye here, I fell apart with sorrow for a dog with the ultimate devotion.
This was one of the saddest movies that's ever been made. I can't imagine him waiting 9 years to see the love of that dogs life coming through those doors at the station. This goes beyond unconditional love and I am surprised he didn't die sooner from a broken heart. I am in tears now just looking at this wonderful dog.

That part from "Last Trip To The Station" at 5:28 always hits me so hard. I guess it's the feeling of the Imagination that your own dog would be wandering around searching for you because he got lost. It's really grueling.
I had a dog called snoop I knew him since he was a puppy and we used to go on walks together and every Christmas he would climb the tree.. He lived 10 years.. His last 2 years he was very slow and always sad he died in 2018 I will always remember my dog snoop and Hachiko reminded me of him..

I am an animal lover to the bone marrow and this movie hits home. Animals are innocent and loving. This movie makes me cry everytime I watch it...and I watch it a lot. Someone recommended this movie to my mom and after being reassured that nothing would happen to the dog I agreed to watch it, thinking a movie where the dog doesn't die would be okay but I never expected to drown in my own tears. And I thought Titanic was heartbreaking.
Well, if you have ever lost a FRIEND so close to you then you can feel the piece of the movie. It cleans your soul. Your mind felling into a deep peace, although the emotions are so strong. I have the privilege to felt this missing feeling. Both human and dog. The loss is almost the same. A small advice : If there are time in your life that everything goes wrong, this movie will clean your soul, your heart and your brain. It makes you better person.

My first dog was an Akita, he lived up to 16 years old, he died when i was 11. This movie not only has a really sad story, but it makes me remember of my very first dog, who watched over me when i was growing up, he was like an older brother to me, this movie came out a year after he passed away. That was 15 years ago, how i miss him.

I close my eyes... I see Hachi...as a little puppy, I see him grow with his owner, I see the love in his eyes....everyday i see he follows his owner to work, he waits everyday for him to come out of his work, when he hears the train he sits up strait and barks and sees his owner and their he goes running up to him....he then learns to play ball...He grows old, till one day he hears the train...and he runs to his owners work...he runs like never before, he runs and runs....he sees everybody come out of those doors...he doesn’t see his owner he waits patiently...hours and hours pass by....he never saw his owner come so he waits for days and days...months go by...years...till Hachi can’t wait any longer and he rest his head...he closes his eyes...and goes into internal sleep never wakes up never barks again he is done waiting and when he wakes up he sees his owner....one last time... I cried writing this

I had to put my 13 year old Boston Terrier to sleep this last spring. He had leukemia but he fought hard for 2 years after his diagnosis. He was a good boy and really brought the family together in tough times. At times he was my sons only friend when he was bullied. He comforted my son. Let’s just say my son and I still cry over him being gone.
his owner finally came back on the train.. to pick him up and bring him back with him.. so sad that such a loyal dog met his owner again in such a way. hachiko was the best dog anyone could ask for

My first dog was an Akita, he lived up to 16 years old, he died when i was 11. This movie not only has a really sad story, but it makes me remember of my very first dog, who watched over me when i was growing up, he was like an older brother to me, this movie came out a year after he passed away. That was 15 years ago, how i miss him.

i just saw the movie again for the 4.th time and i was still drowned in tears, and my little brother was also in tears, its absolutely my favorite movie !!!!

I see Hachi...as a little puppy, I see him grow with his owner, I see the love in his eyes....everyday i see he follows his owner to work, he waits everyday for him to come out of his work, when he hears the train he sits up strait and barks and sees his owner and their he goes running up to him....he then learns to play ball...He grows old, till one day he hears the train...and he runs to his owners work...he runs like never before, he runs and runs....he sees everybody come out of those doors...he doesn’t see his owner he waits patiently...hours and hours pass by....he never saw his owner come so he waits for days and days...months go by...years...till Hachi can’t wait any longer and he rest his head...he closes his eyes...and goes into internal sleep never wakes up never barks again he is done waiting and when he wakes up he sees his owner....one last time...

even though he is a dog, his loyalty limits loyalty more than humans😔

No sabes cual va a ser el día en el que despiertes y el que fue tu mejor amigo por años, ya no este, que su vida haya terminado y ahora sólo lo puedas ver en tus recuerdos. Que maravillosos son los perros, que incluso cuando los regañas por traer basura a la casa o sacar la basura del baño, te siguen amando y cuidando. Mi perrito hoy murió, lo extrañaré con todo mi corazón y siempre lo amaré, y espero que el día en que yo muera, pueda reencontrarme con el. ❤

I had to put my 13 year old Boston Terrier to sleep this last spring. He had leukemia but he fought hard for 2 years after his diagnosis. He was a good boy and really brought the family together in tough times. At times he was my sons only friend when he was bullied. He comforted my son. Let’s just say my son and I still cry over him being gone.
Everytime I listen to this track I remember my sweet Bella and cry and cry. She is waiting for me in afterlife and I will meet her for sure😢😢
his owner finally came back on the train.. to pick him up and bring him back with him.. so sad that such a loyal dog met his owner again in such a way. hachiko was the best dog anyone could ask for
