Have you done any mystery quilts. They are fun I'm do to do one again. Hint, Hint , Hint. Great way to learn new things and your a great teacher, with great ideas. I,m 76 and my thinker doesn't always work to well.
I have 2 grace machines on frames and am really pleased with them. I have the 15R and the 16X on 10 ft frames. They are pretty reasonably priced but are mid range in quality compared to the really expensive ones. I agree with Tiffany about the small frames with domestic machines. I would not want that kind of hassle to get a quilt done.
Hi. Dropped in late - missed the Live. Glad for replay. One of these days I’ll hv a predictable schedule - probably not. lol. Happy New Year Tiff, Scott n Thumper. 🎆🎉
Thank you both so much…my daughter-in-law is being induced on Tuesday and I can’t be there for it…hopefully they send us videos/pictures so we can see him…needless to say, I’m bummed
If you sash yellow, how about red cornerstones? You could do tattoo style fabrics, but yes your daughter could draw them for you? Fabric design is often about maths, how much do you draw until you put in a repeat, to the side or the length, can you join the pattern on the repeat edge to fudge it, and then which colours can it be printed in. Fabric is Printed on rollers, and the colours along your selvedge are what you want in your completed print. Each is printed on a separate pass, how do I know? High school art, we even did our own batiks! A thread salesman told me some dyes make threads thicker as in black for instance in the same line. 100% Cotton may not hold darker colours as well, cotton batting is the same colour as what colour cotton is when harvested off the cotton bolls. While you have so many colours out, how about a french braid? With one square end and a half square triangle cut off the orher. The squares go in the middle and the 45 is the outside of your sewn strip, you can sew it all into one long strip, just like your piano key border, then cut it to length required. The pointy end can get sewn into the start end with y seams, so there's no waste!
The HSTs started out between 2 to 2.25" then I used a 2.5" square cut diagonal for the sides then a 4.5' cut diagonal for the other half making a square.
@@TiffanysQuiltingLife Thank you for the measurements for the block I'm going to make this black. How are you feeling today? I hope you getting to feel better soon.

Happy New Year to you too! 🎉
Hi Tiffany. I was wondering what do you do with all your quilts you make
Do you wrap Scotty in a different one each night
🥰🥰 Jen
I sell the ones I don't keep.
That is so creative 🎉
I got in very late, but wanted to say hello to Tiff, Scott and Thumper!
Hello 👋
With all those strips, how do you find a batch to say use for binding? If you sorted by color, at least you could maybe have a chance.
All the matching are together.
Hi, you could do an L-shaped sashing and let the squares dance like in Bonnie Hunter's dancing ninepatch. Happy new year!
That's a great idea 🤔
Gosh I hate being sick… 🤒😮💨😷missed Ian’s live earlier today and now I missed yours…watching the replay…
Get better soon 😷
Right there with you @Debhill8285. I caught part of Ian’s and watching Tiff on replay. Hope you feel better soon!

We will see, I'm pretty sure I'll just race them with something fun.
What keeps you quilting? The love quilting or do you look at it as a job?
