I can see excellent embossing result. Sir can you teach me how to fix Male and female on exact position? How is height of female embossing block? What solution you use to stick Male? I can see you have used 1.5mm zinc plates for Male and female both blocks, can’t you use 1mm thick polymer Nylo as a Male counter?
