I was writing notes ( i do that for your videos) and stopped the video to do a quick system's check. I can see several things i need to take care of - some simple, like making sure i have fatty food around ( I became a carnivore) having the correct food is important, so I do not end up hungry eating things I should not - 141 likes, as i write this. Nicole, If I may just say that in regards to your puppy in the crate. Their crate is meant to be their safe space and not something associated with punishment. Also, dogs live in the moment, so after 1-2 minutes, they don't know why they are in there. Crate training is essential for finding harmonious balance and teaches us as well as the puppy. It takes a lot of patience and time, but the end result is just like working on yourself, amazing! In a way, choosing to take care of an animal is a life lesson. 🙏
