I have a question... My work computer doesnt get the internet when plugged in this device... and There is an orange light ??? what does it mean ?

@kiomgreen2701 hey there, if the device is the same as mine, you might check if the power cabe is working properly , like checking the outlet is there is power on it, and you can else check if the wired cable is connected to the modem AND if the ethernet cable is working properly, sometimes this cable gets bad, if there is no orange light it means the device is not received signal from your modem/router..

Hello, no problems at all, it works very good, my son and I play together, he plays on pc, I play on PS5, and download and upload speed is very good on both
