I had the same problem with being unable to program a 2012 Fiat 500 using a Snap On Pass Thru Pro III. ( Pass Thru Pro III is a Cardaq 3 with a Snap On logo). The Fiat had an extra can channel that made the Pass Thru Pro 3 unusable. I bought the Pass Thru pro 4 which is a Cardaq 3+ and programmed it without a problem. Interestingly, I was able to program a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Pass Thru Pro 3 without issue. Go figure.....

Cardaq 3 and Cardaq M both work with consult 3 plus R2R. I use a OE vi but have used the R2R version with both interfaces and it functions fine.
