Blacks and Latinos have made names for themselves in the world of music. I think it's time for many telented OCEANIAN or Pacifican artists to be recognized as well.
He's not a Fijian based performer he was a missionary kid from America that moved to Papua New Guinea (PNG) with his family when he was young. That's why he be rapping in tok pisin (Papua New Guinean lingo). He's just likes to roam the Pacific. good on him though!!!!

O-SHEN was not born in Fiji, Hawaii, or PNG. He is Tahitian caucasian and not sure what else. He was raised in PNG and goes back there often as well as all the other Pacific Islands. His current residence is Hawaii. He was born in Spokane, WA. His music transcends all the racial crap being thrown around here and y'all who are doing that should be ashamed. Showing pridd in your own culture is good. But theres a difference between true island pride expressed with humble souls and pridefulness expressed with arrogance.
