Southwark has two cathedrals. If you just say "Southwark Cathedral" when asking for directions, or if you follow the signs at London Bridge station that say "Southwark Cathedral", you will end up at the Anglican one but the cathedral shown in this video is definitely St George's Cathedral, which is the Catholic one.
