Less is more, keep it simple! I've had to learn that one for online courses. The opposite of delivering 2 day Business Start-up in person courses, where we had to cram so much information in due to being Business Advisor/certificate regulated! I can actually split the 2 day workshop into 8 or more mini courses for the online world. Thank you for this, brilliant, very helpful and validating everything I feel as I can't be doing with watching long videos myself 😁

This video was beneficial to me. I’ve struggled with going forward with creating courses with no audience. You ladies have encouraged me to go for it.

I joined Udemy as an Instructor over a year ago (because of Kenz doing it lol!))....and did nothing with it...but now I'm ready to tweak my new course just launched on another platform so it's ready to upload to Udemy. An inspiring chat chat, thanks ladies x

Very helpful video, thanks! I am an energy as well as an industrial automation engineer and I'm also thinking about creating an online course on udemy. At the moment I am facing 2 problems. Firstly, the subject, via udemy insights I have already found several topics that have a 'high' demand and a 'low' offer but the average and maximum monthly income are not that high either. Is it a good idea to do make a course on such a topic? Secondly, I often hear to search for students before the launch of your course, but is this possible with udemy? Also, I often hear about offering your course for free for a certain amount of time and promoting it to get comments and ratings. I don't know what's the best way to do this.

This is fantastic! I am just getting started. What are your thoughts on CourseFunnels tool? Do you have any previous experience with it? It has an inbuilt email marketing which is a big lifetime saver!

I am almost sure you could find a quick course on these things. They would also provide a template.
