This is why i love rally so much. its just pure skill to watch.
The FOV doesn't do the car's speed justice. They should increase the field of view so that we get a true taste of the speed of the speed of these beasts.
We also need 60 fps footage.
@@STRIGOY6666 I reckon 50fps does the job like WRC's most recent onboard but yes smooth footage and a wider fov would help.

While Myhinpää is generally a great SS, the downside with it this year was having two artificial chicane-like curves that don't really belong to rallying.
Therefore, I'd prefer a full onboard from Lankamaa, the fastest in this year's edition.
Alternatively, I'd also be okay with Rapsula, Moksi-Sahloinen, or Himos-Jämsä, & while Västilä also had a little detour portion, that was more bearable than what was in use in Myhinpää.

Never heard notes ranging above 6 (top gear), although 6 might be flat out or a really tight corner depending on driver/co-driver preference.
Oh they re / were. 4 example . In CZ . 1 = FAST (full) up to 7,8 SLOW (hairpin)
Its pretty much flat out, in wrc a tight corner is 1

If you hear a co-driver saying high numbers like 120 or 180, it's probably the corner radius in metres.

Poor Image quality and please behind the bacquets, please. In any regional championship you see better onboards in these aspects
I am not a fan of the new camera display. Showing drivers throughout the whole video kinda ruins the magic of onboard for me , especially if that screen hides a portion of the road as well.
Suggestion: Displaying the drivers screen for 10-15 seconds every minute or two, instead of displaying it for the whole stage
Other than that, nothing to complain about👌 Keep up the great work WRC!

It is 2023 and the video quality looks like potato. Even cheap smartphones nowadays has better video quality than this.
The issue is that they're posting the crap feed being broadcasted live from the car to the production truck, instead of taking the data recorded to the card. It's the same with F1 and I don't know why they can't be asked to do it properly.
the problem is also that this is a 1080p video . YT is using a low bitrate codec for 1080p. If this video will be upscaled to 2K it will be in High bitrate codec and the quality will be 1000times better
