The three-day state-level Shoolini fair of Mata Shoolini, the kuldevi of Baghat princely state and the presiding deity of Solan city, started on Friday. Riding on a palanquin, Mata Shoolini left at around 2 pm to meet her sister Durga located in the Ganj market of the city.
