My PS3 keeps making the black lines appear on my TV for a second (Read Description)

And not on another tv is this a problem with my TV. I’ve recorded it like this with the car not moving just so you can see what i mean. I’ve connected it to another tv to see if it was my ps3 but not doing it on that tv, only on my tv. What could be the problem.? If anyone knows please tell me.
