In this video we will discuss about #SafeDays, & Fertile Days Of Menstrual Cycle.
This is the method in which a woman calculates the Fertile Days & SAFE DAYS of her Menstrual Cycle based on the length of her own cycle.
This method is also called as CALENDAR BASED METHOD. It is NATURAL WAY to avoid pregnancy.

Mam as per your explanation my ovulation date should be 17 Oct 2023 as my previous period started on 5th Oct 2023 to 8th Oct 2023. My period cycle is of 30 days.
