Thanks for the great tutorial! I am gonna make this poncho after Christmas, and it is going to be for myself. Ash, thanks for giving us vertical looking stitches in your design. They are just lovely and very flattering on everyone.
Recently bought your Lori Poncho pattern & my gauge swatch wasn’t looking like your stitches, so very glad I found your video for the rib stitch! Thank you!
Great tutorial! I have tried to do this stitch before, but with all your tips and tricks. It’s a very easy stitch. Can’t wait for the pattern to come out.
I am definitely going to try your method of making the slip stitches. It looks as if it's fast and makes lovely loose slip stitches. Thanks for sharing. 💜🤗
I've been looking for an alternative to the camel stitch and this is a great one! Same effect, but the ridges arw farther apart, just as I was hoping. Thanks!
Holding onto the loop and keeping it at shaft level as opposed to letting it slip to the neck when inserting the next stitch the way you're doing is absolutely key to keeping slips loose... I dislike slip stitches but finger found ways to tolerate and do them when necessary AND do them to where I can do several consecutive slip stitch rows.

Ooooooo what a cool stitch...thank you so much for sharing and making the poncho pattern free 💜
Thank you! ❤ I like the suggestion of holding the slip stitch while making the next one to prevent it from getting too tight.
