    Kande Pohe is a Maharashtrian dish that is preferred mostly for breakfast.
    Ingredients:
    पोहे /Pohe - 200 g
    तेल / Oil - 3 tbsp
    हळद / Turmeric - 2 pinches
    कांदा/ Onion - 1 big / 2 small
    हिरवी मिरची - 4-5
    जिरे / Cumin seeds as required
    मोहरी/ Mustard seeds as required
    हिंग/ Asafoetida - a pinch
    मीठ / Salt- as per taste
    कडीपत्ता/ Curry Leaves- 4-5
    कोथिंबीर/ Coriander - a handful
    शेंगदाणे/ Groundnuts - a handful or as per your choice
    For Garnishing, crushed coconut and Shev.
