Akuma and Geese are cool boss characters! Cool gameplay, flashy moves, reward for high execution.

Pressure and 50/50 is their gameplan after all. Like Kazuya, Leo ect. Also these are only effective is used effectively.

@@stephencook7337 But her gameplay counts. It's 2D and has some crazy combos as those in the video above as well. If this video is about guest characters, then Ochoto could have included Noctis and Negan in the end.

@@Eedorian while Eliza has 2d ish gameplay, she is still very much a Tekken character. Originally from tekken revolution as a test character. AKUMA and GEESE on the other hand, 2D LEGENDS. Originally from Super SF2 turbo and Fatal fury 1991. They wer born 2D. Also, when people now days think 2D, they think of
DEMON and NIGHTMARE.

Zero execution (Geese is REALY noob friendly)
Combo consistence top tier (super chunky hitbox)
Super safes, zero risk for top reward
Boring to play and boring to watch in tournament
There are to strong = assist-tier, there surely not a hard play chara (Akuma to, and execution requirement is not enought for balanced this character)
Lose a online match against Geese or Akuma isn't a defeat. Players of these characters are honour less

Do you truly believe the whole Tekken roster is fun to watch some characters like Julia, gayryu, Lee, Leo, shouldn't be in the roster makes me fall asleep the most generic characters with NO story still made it in, but two iconic badasses doesn't deserve a 2nd chance just cause the mechanics was to broken or takes actual skill to do it shouldn't be in 8, if the dev actually turn the mechanics around in 8 for them it can be balanced until the next broken character comes out just like Leroy and fahkumram pffft like Tekken was a balance game lmao yeah right? Until then stop trolling because those combos or character u never went up against before online if so leave the match simple but there NOT everywhere dude

The last Akuma I've faced was in the end of season 3, and he wasn't even THAT good. It has been a long time since I've seen an Geese too. Those characters are badass as hell, yet nobody plays them, they are not braindead at all, otherwise there would be Geese and Akuma players everywhere.
However, I disagree with the Lee part, Lee is very fun to watch for me.

In tournament, we see sometime Akuma, but some league (Korea) are infested by Geese (Wa!Meo, Chikurin...) and Geese is so stupid, i maintain my position.
And i prefer see generics characters, thez dont broke the rules
I have play for learn and lab every single characters except Eddy and Bears (Lazi for them... but one day or another, I'm going to have to get started)
(when i say "play" a chara, i say: Movements, wave dash, try to iWR, step cancel with some characters like Dragunov or Leo, try to play safety, punish on block + whiff, pocking, apply gameplan, using stances/back turn, make airborn juggle + wall ender, try to read with evasive moves when it's possible... )
And i continue (becose i love so many chara and have fun with) to play 28 chara, some eaz-2-uze (K4t4rin4, Miguel, Alisa, Lars, Kazumi, Fakhumram, Lidia (my favourite of ALL), Leo)...
and some more hardcore/exe dependant to play chara (All mishima except Heihachi and Bob, Raven, Anna and Lee (ancients mains since Tag 2 before Lidia), Julia, Nina without flapping butterfly loop but i try hard, King+AK even if i can't make instant shining wizard for instant...)
I play Steve but i'm bad, he is realy hardcore and unusual...
I play everything (and some since Tag 2)
And for learn, i had play Geese (more than Akuma, that's true)
I havn't pro player skill, i sometime do tournament in my region just for fun, but i think i know the meta
And 2d are really broken and off topic on this game
That why i think to these characters should stay T7 guests
2d mechanics are to exotics for be balanced is this game. + Bamco are really stupid to buff these chara season after season...
Geese, in S1/S2, was more honest: example, his new screw dragon-2 (and EX dragon-1+2) make him i15 punisher totally broken, and his wall carry buff make b3,2 more broken than was already...
Akuma, it's worst. That was a hidden broken tier, but even after discovered that, Bamco continue to buff him season after season... WTF
they are not balanced and off topic in this game.
Eliza is more balanced, but i don't know why she is absent in this video and she is off topic to. Bamco would like to experiment, that's done, now back to real tekken.
I would have been less salty if the 2ds had been banned from tournaments. Especially Geese
For example, i prefer see the William sisters (it's impressive because at top level, William Sis' are really fundamental dependant, movement requirement for play her at big level is huge), Kazumi, Leo and other generics chara because dependant of fundamentals skills or i love so much to see Yoshi, Xiaoyu etc... characters for really big-brain players...
