    This is a great feature! Are attendees automatically muted when they join the webinar? How do you do that it wasn’t clear from the video

    Hi there and thank you for this great explanation. Can all the mics be turned on simultaneously like in a normal teams meating? I assume it can as a webinar is just a normal meeting on steroids? Thanks again

    Do the attendees need to have a user ID with Micro Soft ? Or can they join the MS Team webinar with any email account ?

    hi sounds great! are we able also to export the webinar as a video? And provide a "Resources" Tab for the viewers, with links, files and such things? Microsoft Events are making that so damn good, i can't miss that.

      Yes. You would record it like other interactive meetings. Resources in this case would likely need to be in the chat for now with this setup.

    Can someone who is not part of Teams or Microsoft environment access the webinar?

    • @MSFTMechanics
      @MSFTMechanics  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, we actually demonstrated that scenario in this video.

    Cool features, can I stop my attendees from clicking through the slides? I am afraid of loosing the attention... Also can I stop MS Webinar from sending automated meeting confirmation with link? As I have often different webinars under one registration form I don't want participants to receive 3 different emails.

    • @MSFTMechanics
      @MSFTMechanics  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you can control the slides. There is a button with an icon that looks like a eye that when pressed, makes it so you as the presenter are the only person who can control what is seen, and disable skip ahead or going back to previous slides for the other participants.

    Can a guest speaker ask a question or switch on the video?

    • @MSFTMechanics
      @MSFTMechanics  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. It will work like we demonstrated in the video.

  • @kazzabug

    If a participant skips through the slides is that for their own view? or will that show for all ?

    • @MSFTMechanics
      @MSFTMechanics  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Only if they choose "take over as presenter". The presenter can prevent that control from appearing to the participants. Otherwise, if you skip ahead, it only shows to that one participant.
