How To Download I Spy Challenger (Discontinued 2014 PC Game)

I Spy Challenger (the lost 2014 PC app version) can now finally be downloaded and played, thanks to the efforts of ‪@agentadrex‬ (for starting the discovery and letting me know) and u/Miserable_Search_925 (for detailing how to install this game).

There are a lot of ways to download PowerShell on Windows, any way and version works.
Commands:
1) Import-Module Appx -UseWindowsPowerShell
2) Add-AppxPackage -register "[your path]\AppxManifest.xml"
Replace [your path] with the folder directory to the game's folder from extracting the zip file.
You may or may not need to download MSVC runtime libraries for this to work. If so, they are downloadable here: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp...
