omg love your vlog!!! is data science boring by any chance? i know if you have an interest itll be amazing but see i love CS, math and programming but not so much finance/business, and it seems a lot of jobs nowadays are in that field. i have adhd so it would be really nice if it wasn't a kind of repetitive job, so would a DS major in USYD be better or an advanced computing degree be better for me? it would be nice if you could give some additional info, tysm
I know lots of people who became data scientists after completing a comp sci degree and i know a few software engineers from data background. In a data science degree you probably will have to take some business/econ courses - because many data professionals work as business analysts. If you love CS and maths and not so much business though, I would personally go with comp sci - it definitely will open up more opportunities for you!
