Liebe Grandma! 1979 als ich zu Arbeiten begonnen habe gab es in der Firma oft zum Abendessen Kürbisgemüse .
Das Kürbisgemüse wurde grob geraspelt und eingesalzen. Ausgedrückt mit Zwiebel dünsten lassen und eine helle Soße mit Mehl und Sauerrahm hergestellt mit Dill verfeinert dazu gab es immer Bauernbrot mit Butter.
