Hey all! This is my first video to reach the 1,000 view milestone, so huge thanks to you all! Have a great day! Edit: Also first video to reach 2k views, as well as many more. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
A really good video, but I have 2 questions: 1. What size is the paper you used for the paper parts? 2. Is it ok to use cardboard instead of popsicle sticks?
Hey thank you. I just used regular printer paper. The length of the three paper pieces for the inner spinning circles didn't really matter too much, as long as it's proportional to the other pieces. The length matters when you put it all together. - For the large circumference at 2:53, I just tried to trim it as small as possible without sacrificing stability [stability referring to the circle not being able to wiggle on the tube] to keep the lock compact. - The small and medium circumference just need to be trimmed to match with the back side of the lock [4:02 - 4:08] after sticking all the pieces together. Then the lengths for the paper pieces at 4:16 didn't matter all that much. They just need to fit inside and work. Cardboard should work fine in replacement of the popsicle bits. I just chose popsicle to keep the pieces smaller while retaining their strength. Have a good day! 😉
Its amazing how talentless blobs come on the internet by the minute and gain Soo much traction in Soo little time while brilliance is underated. I only needed a lock for the suggestion box I was making. This was amazing so l immediately liked and subscribed. Thanks it is really easy to do and source materials for unlike the videos I came from
Hello! Thanks for commenting. I already know of a video that applies a key mechanism by the channel, "The Q". It is a lot more complicated than my combination lock, but I don't really have the time or energy right now to create a simpler one. But I will keep it in mind! th-cam.com/video/4N5zLkWWnws/w-d-xo.html Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
The sizes @0:27 seem odd. What are the size of small rectangles, please? If they are 5cm, they should as high as the card board. But they look way shorter.
Yes, I said at that timestamp that "The image proportions are off. I had to change some measurements." The image is older than the measurements. I also posted an explanation in my video description. You can find that yourself. Sorry for the confusion.
Hey there! It appears youtube deleted my previous comment, which is stupid because this is my own channel. I would be willing to help you if possible through a voice/video call on discord (see my description) or zoom. I would have to talk to my mom about making (primarily shipping) you one if the above doesn't work well. Thanks for reaching out.
Any of us could. As I have stated in other comments, "It's more for the creativity and fun of it. Force on any lock will usually win, steel or cardboard ¯\_(ツ)_/¯".
I think I just found it talking about the popsicle bits I think each side up which has the popsicle bit I twisted until it has that number where is the popsicle bit and then thenI put all of your numbers that’s where I put so where I put the popsicle bits that’s where I twist to the number where is the popsicle bitAnd also it depends if I put the popsicle that’s what happens of my line up all of the popsicle bits at the same time
I wouldn't say stupid... more like pointless. But it's for the creativity and fun of it. Force on any lock will usually win, steel or cardboard ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Got cardboard?
Me: no
I whould make this if I had toothpicks and popsicle sticks but I don't.
But some times you block the camera
Such as when? Probably didn't affect the video much...

I love this lock I am playing granny game with this lock with my brother
Good but it would be better to break the lock🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I mean, yeah, haha. It's more for the creativity and fun of it. Force on any lock will usually win, steel or cardboard ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
How we know password
The video states to read the description...
Hi I am Tamil u?
Sorry, TH-cam deleted my reply for some stupid reason. Just call me Cal.
I can break this with one hand
Any of us could. As I have stated in other comments, "It's more for the creativity and fun of it. Force on any lock will usually win, steel or cardboard ¯\_(ツ)_/¯".
If I did it the same way you do it what’s my passcode
Read the description. It explains how to find the passcode.

Good invention but stupid at the same time like people can just rip it😂😂😂
