I've got two of those mods on my 2021 Spyder Sea to Sky and love both. The Back Rest and the Lid Locks. I'll give you a little tip. Spray WD-40 inside the Lid Lock's once a month to keep all the parts water free and it works 100 times better. (Don't ask me how I know.)
TommyG loves his air hawk! I honestly have never needed anything extra on my F3...I had the Cannonball but only because i bought the F3 used and got a good deal on the used cannonball as well. But i thought the stock seat was comfy. And my 2023 came with a comfort seat and it is pretty comfy. Hope these help you both!! 💜🤗🙏
The seats are super comfy as they are, but the long rides in the summer heat tend to make for a humid situation. Hopefully these will help keep everything a little cooler.
Thanks Beanie! While I had everything taken off, I put the OEM passenger backrest back on Bravo. I was feeling a bit sketchy having my kids on the back. I wish it was smaller...
With no windshield on the F3 you don't have to worry about how the Airhawk changes your view or causes any issues with buffeting because it raises you up... So that's good. Hope you love it!
Adam, your channel ROCKS! The backrest is probably going to be a must-have for my ‘23 F3-T (or a seat upgrade) to address the middle back discomfort after a few miles. Keep up the great stuff?
Thank you! I enjoy making the content even more than I ever though I would. Fingers crossed that springtime will bring a facelift to the Y-DER Garage. I really need a better environment to film in. I haven't ridden with the backrest yet, but just sitting there was a vast improvement over no backrest.
The lidlox look like a great idea, but sometimes it feels like a pain to me to take off two cameras. 😅 So for us traveling, we just take turns at gas stops with one of us staying with the bikes and helmets. If we didn't have the cameras I'm sure we'd use these! 👌💜🤗
I’m excited to try these. Sharon and I did quite a few rides without cameras just to run errands and helmet storage was always a struggle with the frunk on the F3 being my only storage. Everything had to fit in the RT. It was an interesting game each time.
@@Y-DER yes, interesting game to make it all fit! This will definitely help then! We don't ever go without cameras even if I'm out running errands by myself... Just in case I see something I want to record.. Just a habit 😁🤷♀️
Had purchased the AirHawk cushion a year or two ago for my motorcycle and sent it back the same day, not a successful fix attempt for a bad seat. New custom seat was the solution.
The only bad thing is I ordered the Lidlox when it was still warm out. Now that it is freezing here, I'm not even going to use them for a few months. Helmet is going inside with me every time I ride for a while.
Great installs, Adam! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! 🙏🤗💜
Thank you! Same to you!
@@Y-DER thank you🙏💜🤗
@PurpleOnThree I hope Torquey Tommy took some notes and learned a few things 😉😄
Show Chrome makes great stuff!
They sure do! …and Pierre is great to work with at canamspyderaccessories.com
Backrests...ahhhh 👌🤗💜
So nice!
@@Y-DER oh yes!!
Great video! You make it look so easy to do these modifications! Looking forward to the RT!
Thank you! It is surprisingly easy to install these parts on the F3! The RT, not so much.
And congratulations on hitting that 1K! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🤗🤗🤗👌👌👌
Thank you so much!

I've got The OEM Backrest & Passenger Backrest ... Another Great Tutorial Brother! 👍😎🤘

@@BeanieBoyMoto Cheers Brother!

Good point. It raised me up a good half inch.
Good stuff, Adam... especially lookin' after the derrier. A happy cushy tushy makes for a happy rider 😅. Congrats on the 1k, Sir 😁👍
Thank you sir! I can't wait for a little hole in the weather to go test the cushy tushy device!
Good video. Congratulations to reaching a 1000 subscribers.
Cheers from Sweden 🇸🇪
Thank you very much!

I put a pair of Lidlox on my 2019 RTL, love them!!!!
I've heard they are awesome and just had to buy some.
Due to MS I always drop those bolts for the seat and they hide really well 😎
I have a magnetic 10mm bit but I was being nostalgic and used my dad's old Craftsman T handle for this one.
Congratulations on hitting 1k. You made it look so easy lol
Thank you so much!
@Y-DER you welcome

My hope is that it allows some air to travel between my seat and my “seat” 😂
I have The LidLox and love them! Had them on my Ryker, and now my Spyder. My seat is comfortable, but I might look into the AirHawk. Good Video!

Thanks for the install vid. Luv my F3T. You forgot the soap/water though. Lol
Thank you! Soap and water will have to wait until we get a warm up now that we are below freezing...
