    I never thought I’d own a ESP / LTD Again but I can’t help it, this guitar is so fucking badass. Especially the pickup configuration. Can’t beat this guitar for the playability, looks and price

    I really wish there was a hardtail version of this guitar, or at least evertune. I know it's not very 1987, but would still be a sweet guitar...

    Thanks for reviewing this guitar - you're right about there not being many reviews. Sounds great! Really tempted to get one of these...was trying to compare it with the re-release of the HM Strats but am leaning towards LTD. Can you do some clean tones for this guitar?

    Thanks for the video, I have a question, I'm looking for a guitar with a extremely thin neck (like LTD PS1, or Ibanez RG Genesis, I have both, and for the moment I haven't found other like those in the price range, I tried other LTD's and all are thick). ¿LTD Mirage has a very thin neck in your opinion?

    • @theguitargrappler9352
      @theguitargrappler9352  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s fairly thin, but I would say more flat than anything. Not as thin as the Ibanez Wirzard necks

    Hi great guitar(s).
    I saw all your LTD and Esp videos great job man.;)
    Don't know Ltd, but falling in Love with the ltd M1 87. Don't need à guitar just a GAS Do you think one is better between M1 custom & Mirage deluxe 87?

    • @theguitargrappler9352
      @theguitargrappler9352  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would say it’s personal preference based upon the specs you like. Quality wise they are the same to me. I prefer the M1 because I like neck through guitars and only 1 pickup. But I also like the natural finish neck on the Mirage as opposed to the painted neck on the M1. Both are terrific

    • @christocaster
      @christocaster 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Really prefer the M1 custom but the only cons is the paintd neck i hope the hand slide well and better than on PRS for exemple.

    Are they actually Korean? I see a lot of the headstocks saying indonesia on the back of the head. Thats the only thing keeping me from buying one, the Korean factory has a great reputation were as the indonesian one not so much.

    • @tanshaomala
      @tanshaomala 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Some are Korean some are Indonesian. I wouldn't worry though, the Indonesian guitars are absolutely the business. I have an LTD B-5E made in Indonesia and the ebony was black, the neck was satin smooth and the fret ends were all rolled. Amazing quality period not just for the price.

    • @neilpatrickhairless
      @neilpatrickhairless 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@christiancordaway2181 Another problem with Indonesia is that it is pretty humid air and wet in general there. Lots of difference between that and where a lot of the guitars end up - though there's not much that can be done about that. A lot of the problems I see coming from there have to do with fit and finish issues that almost always are a result from a huge temperature change at some point during storage or shipping + the wood not being properly dried to begin with

      The Mirage. Mainly because it has a locking trem and holds tuning better. Also, I prefer the humbucker in the bridge since I play mostly metal. However, if the Charvel had a locking trem, I would choose that.
