For me this liner always transferred to above my crease, even when I would apply black shadow over it. Maybe I just have funny eyelids but I still use it, mostly for my bottoms :)

You need to blink while putting on your eyeliner. Take a blink break! :D Because if you don't, your eyes will get irritated and will begin to water, which completely ruins the eye liner you have already done.

Pro tip: If you don’t want to try all these shapes to see which ones fits your eyeshadow best, just photoshop black lines according to the shake and screenshot. Then compare. It can also be from your phone too (I have an iPhone btw, but it’s very similar With other brands) I click ‘edit’ on the photo, ‘markups’, and draw them. Then screenshot and compare.

I use liquid eyeliner...I think it's much easier than gel liner. I can't put eyeliner on correctly though, my eyelashes are too long. And I'm so pale that, my eyes stand out once I use black eyeliner.
I do too. Its because i have sensitive eyes, there are some specific eye liners for people with watery eyes which are what i use, and it tends to help me not cry at all!! I 100% recomend it.
The thing that sucks for me is that I always have this little gap between my lashline and the actual eyeliner. Like, no matter how hard I try to kinda push the line down, my lashes are ALWAYS in the way. Any tips for that ?

Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner is the bomb. Does what it says, really nice pigment too. It's not the cheapest thing, but it's well worth it. Urban Decay has a lot of nice stuff too, mostly its eyeshadow palettes.

In my opinion, if you follow your eye's shape, it should come pretty much equal on both sides.
