If he has it, he could technically polymorph into his OG human form. But doing so in front of or anywhere remotely near the "queen of the thirsty" would be damning. She would pounce, without a doubt.

It was a LN thing, tldr she was a saintess who ended up being betrayed by everyone she was close with after she showed signs of demonic possession. She was saved by Cid which caused her to treat Cid as her savior and god
