    This is my first ever TH-cam video! Back in February, my husband and I had the idea to start a kids TH-cam channel about food and fitness. We had no idea how to go about bringing this to life, or any details worked out. Regardless of the unknown, right after that brainstorming conversation, my daughter, Aurie and I went downstairs to our home gym, and filmed this video! The quality and structure is a lot different compared to all my other videos because this was literally day 1 of the idea without planning or structure.
    Join my 3 year old daughter and I in a full body workout for kids! We warm up our bodies, stretch, and encourage the kids watching to match our movements at home! Instead of using dumbbells or weights, we use toys!
