Hey guys, whoever is watching these videos. We've got to help out and get some traffic on this channel. This guy throws out more information in five minutes then most channels do in two or three uploads. These are the kind of channels that need to be supported. hundred percent truth not influenced by companies sending him rigs to test. He will be 100% honest with whatever he runs. just saying........
@@BriansRCStuff will be at the new spot soon. I was asked what one of these would run completely stock other than gearing and tires. I ran it with the stock tires and nothing more than the ESC upgrade and didn't gain any speed, at all, so by my guess and looking back at my notes and test, the pinion upgrade is worth 10 mph, 17t too a 19t.
The Laegendary Thunder imo seems to be (with the limited knowledge I have of the company), to be the best truck they ever made. Cool video. ty, happy trails.
@@RCrepairAndBuildsthey’ve been fine tuning it for almost two decades and keeping a friendly price . They get 👏 from me for being true to the RC game The price enables those who couldn’t to can get a 1/10 size RC to see what it’s like . 3s brushless is always a good thing imo .
@@OB_RC The LAEGENDARY is such a great truck and it's on sale right now for $88 on Amazon, nothing can touch it at that price. The enjoyment I get from completely smoking my brother's 6s Arrma with a $100 Amazon truck is priceless 😁

@@5.7Moparshawty that could be alot of things, if you can take a short video of it you can email it here Brittbowen74@gmail.com, but it will have to be short because Gmail won't send it. I have 3 trucks I'm fixing right now and got 2 more in the mail today, 1of the most common "clicking noise" on the Thunder atleast is the slipper clutch. The stock one just won't take alot of power or abuse, I bought some for a Traxxas and heavily modified them to fit the Thunder but that truck is set up solely for speed runs and will soon by running 12s.
Hey buddy some things i noticed and a couple. If you trim up the front of the body it will sit better and not be cock eyed like it is stock. Also i raised the battery posts up by running small washers at the bottom and a longer screw. Just changed the connector to a ec5 and looking forward to trying it on 3s. Might throw a 120a in it and gear up a bit and put a fan on it. Oh i also swapped the radio as mine came with the little baby one lol. Great running bud!!
Good to see that truck is still controllable at that speed. You make me want to swap the pinion, I think it's a 0.6M, right? I custom cut a set of rear hinge pin holders if you are interested. 100% agree, best truck for your $

Also it only does it when the truck is actually on the ground. If I hold the truck up in my hands and push full throttle it doesn’t make the noise
