I've made a spreadsheet for myself to calculate how many legendary-rare card packs I need to get los 30, according to my calculations you would need roughly 1900 legendary-rare packs which is around 4-5 months worth of buying all card packs from mari shop. But realistically when you are farming cards for los 30 you don't only farm legendary-rare packs from mari, you also should farm other cards from daily login, peyto/fermanta, adventure islands, legion raids, card runs, challenge abyssal dungeons etc. so my wild guess is that it could take you up to 3 months of grinding to finish your los 30 if you are able to grind cards from all sources each week.
Saint did say if u play the game regularly it will take someone who doesn't buy any mari packs an average of 2 years. You've almost passed the 1 year mark depending when u start. You'll probably get it this year if u keep grinding for cards meaning argos and abysalls.
