Hi Julius, the need to filter by specific event name seems counter intuitive and perhaps even a step back from GA3 as it used to not show empty / not set rows unnecessarily. Such exploration method would slow down the analysis process.
Could not agree more! I was recently creating a report to filter out order IDs (some orders were missing in GA4, compared to GA3) and imagine my frustration, when I saw 60k orders with IDs "not set" with no clue on what's happening. This seems so odd, as many dimensions have implicit events they apply to - like you wouldn't apply order ID to "pageviews". But I guess that's the price to pay for having everything as events and basically close to 0 standard reports, where dimension-value pairs would be predefined.
Thank you for the share ~ I was wondering if it's possible to add a Discover's widget into a report to create a customized dashboard, like tableau or other BI tools did.
Is it possible that the outbound link click count on site A (which leads to site B) does not match the site B traffic accusation source medium (site A) event count?
Thank you for all the helpful videos. I haven't seen this covered, but in Exploration, can I make one report with multiple (different) paths? In UA, it's easy using RegEx. Can't repeat that process in GA4.
when filtering for a specific event name, how do you filter just the event count column, without filtering the others? e.g. to see event count and users by source for a specific event name, but without filtering users? a guide would be appreciated!
Sir i have a problem....i have created i form submission trigger in GTM as you explained and i have submitted it but when i am check on GA4 its just showing the send button click not showing it the form has submitted or not what do i do please help
I have error in exploration when I make a table for app version and active users the total numbers are smaller than the numbers for each app version when I sum them up
Hi! I have a question. In the demo for the search term, both the first row and the fifth one have 'backpack' as the query. However, one starts with a capital letter. Is there any way you can combine them?
Hi Julius, is there a way to use different metrics to measure different dimension under the same form? Say for an example, for the Event dimension, I would like to use sessions and engaged sessions to understand the quantity & quality of each session of 'session_start', while for the scroll, I just want to know how many sessions ( excluded the engaged session metrics)
Hi Julius, thanks for the great video! I have one question regarding data discrepancies in Google Analytics for our App. When I look at the "app-open" event in the reports section I have a different values compared to the explore section. In the explore section I used the "app-open" as segment and in the summary it shows the same value. But when I add a metric ("total users") the value showing up is different than in the report section. Do you have any idea what the reason for this could be? Thanks in advance!
Thanks a million!!
Thank you Julius! You’re a great teacher :)

First Comment ! Thank you 😄
This is very helpful!! Is there any way I can purchase your GA4 masterclass course only for exploration video?
Hi, no
How can I see UCR and SCR for purchase only events if I have marked few other events as Key events.
Is it possible that the outbound link click count on site A (which leads to site B) does not match the site B traffic accusation source medium (site A) event count?
what if we have marked events as key events other than purchase events. How can we calculate UCR and SCR for purchase only in explorer reports

Only if you use GTM and implement a custom solution that sets all values to lowercase

What if mine are all grey? They are not compatible for some reason? Thanks
Some dimension/metric combinations are not compatible
Like for tNice tutorials helpful tutorial
ga4 sucks!!
