I did this wackass zoe E max build with skilled sniper and entropy, one of my favorite augments in the gamemode they added
Varus bug with his E. each arrow counts as its own ability. Use with onhit on abilities augment + cdr on auto attacks augment + hellfire hatchet = really funny permanent E uptime. Also procs manamune a total of 12 times per E. With that augment arrangemen

The reason his hamstringer was reapplying was his hatchet criting. Hamstringer doesn't reapply itself.
works the same with horizon focus. Perma vision and extra damage if u can keep the range
if you trying to attack something that has the HP removed just use the A button since it auto locks
