I have a 2021 equinox LT, I like it. Has 8k miles so far and no problems. Comfortable ride, decent stock sound system and great gas mileage. Good family suv, both kids have plenty of room in the back.

I'm a Ford man, I had rented one these for my vacation and I must say I really loved to drive it and gas mileage was pretty good. It had awesome power and got the job done and all the features it had was incredible.

I just brought mine last week… and I ❤️ it… The only thing I don’t like is…you had to go out and buy your own cargo net…😕😕😕😕😕

My dream car. This July 2022 My daughter and I rent one from Hertz's. I got to drive this 2021 Equinox to Dallas, Tx for 3 days in there environment. The Equinox got us around town with no problems 😊. Made it back home to Bossier City safely. The Equinox drove this like my old 1999 Tahoe. My daughter and I want this one. Thank you for answering some of the questions I had.

I have a 2020 LT. I just wanted a backseat for grandboys to grow into, and a hatchback. The 1.5 has plenty of power for my use, and I get 30 mpg, with mostly city driving. It was purchased in December 2019 at 25% of msrp.

Wish you had mentioned the spare, is there one? And the ever-annoying auto start/stop "feature"....is there a way to defeat it for 2021?

Yes, there is a spare tire. As for the auto start/stop feature, I am not sure how to turn the feature off permanently. I looked around for some solutions for you but each one only works until you turn the ignition off and then you have to perform the procedure again each time you restart the vehicle. If I come across a permanent fix, I will let you know. Sorry I could not be of more help at this time.

I just purchased a day ago. Yes spare time. start/stop instead of drive go down to L then the top of the shift press + till it stops might be 6 or 9 depending on your transmission. You then can drive normal except the cruise control will not work in this mode.

My brother has a 2021 Equinox and the ride quality is terrible. You fell every crack in the road surface. Plus you hear it. The tires actually make a "bong" sound on the bigger crackes. It rides like it has no springs just tires mounted to the body. I checked tire pressures and they are within the spec. Dealer said it was the short wheel base. It is not the wheel base, it is the suspension.

They don't come in the 2.0T engine anymore. I wish they did.
