So is spending money on red bull and another top constructor worth it? I’ve seen other people not do this I in their teams, what would be the downside?
Red Bull is absolutely worrth it. Most of your budget should go to the constructor, as they score the points of both their drivers. I think I will go RBR + RB(AlphaTauri) as my constructors, as I predict RB will be pretty good value for money

Does anyone know how to find a list of the private leagues I've joined via code? I joined two, but don't see them anywhere. I've tried to access the league pages via the code again, but it just goes to the page to join the leagues again but all options are greyed out because, I assume, I'm already a member. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yes there are prizes every year! And there are a couple of "mini-leagues" throughout the year that also has prizes, such as tickets and Paddock Passes to a Grand Prix the following year
You can change them! They act just like drivers. So you get 2 free changes every weekend, whether you want to change drivers or constructors is up to you. :)
You start with 100m, but during the season, prices of the drivers will change depending on performance. So for example say you start with Max verstapoen and he costs 30m. If he goes up in price with 1m, you will then basically have a budget of 101M, and 99M if he falls in price
There is no limit for private leagues, so you can play with however many people you wish. :) But if you disregard private leagues, there are public leagues with great prices that you automatically join just by having a team!
Yes you can! You can join in any time. :) You will unfortunately be at a great disadvantage in the Global league, however there are leagues that start in the middle of the season as well with prizes you can win.

Actually scrap that, I will go Ferrari instead of RBR, they have a much stronger lineup and I think Carlos + Charles will outscore Perez + Verstappen

Glad I could help! You can only use one chip at a time, and when you use the 3x DRS chip, you have to put the DRS 2x on another driver. :)
